Greetings from the “friendly confines” of Northern Illinois, USA – Home of the CABA 9U, 11U and 15U World Series – and congratulations on being selected to participate in this prestigious, internationally acclaimed National World Series of the Year Event!

This will be our 17th consecutive year of hosting the CABA World Series and we trust you will find our hospitality and ability to orchestrate a world class event quite enjoyable. Please know our entire region truly rolls out the red carpet for this CABA World Series Event!

In order to expedite the Registration process we have invested a great deal of time and resources into the creative development of our newly enhanced web site. We have made every effort to keep the process as simple as possible, so please be sure to handle on a step by step basis. We could be registering nearly 100 teams and thus your attention to detail will streamline the process and we thank you in advance for your efforts and attention to detail.

Ultimately, ALL Registration materials will be due in advance in a binder with dividers format (by player) no later than Tuesday, July 14th, in order to participate. This is an absolute deadline, no exceptions. This binder must include all required registration materials and World Series fees. The Team Manager must also create, and retain, a second Master Copy Binder that he brings to Registration and keeps during duration of WS.

Our three step registration process is listed. Any exceptions will be handled at our Official Registration to be held at Cabela’s in Hoffman Estates on Friday, July 24th, from 8:00am until 3:00pm.

• 9U & 11U - 8:00am - 10am • 15U - 11am to 3pm

All coaches and players must attend in uniform for team orientation, badges distribution and team picture that will be taken for our plaques. We will update our web site to include our Event Schedule when finalized.

Each year we reserve tickets and luxury buses for a Major League Baseball game.
A trip to historic Wrigley Field has been our most requested event. We have a limited number of tickets on a first come, first served basis.

• 9U and 11U Teams - Friday, July 24th – Cubs vs Cincinnati 1:30pm Game Start. Details are in a flyer in the Registration download materials.

• 15U Teams - Tuesday, July 28th - Cubs vs Houston - 7:05pm Game Start.

All tickets are $60 per person. Open to all. In order to participate in these events, you must overnight a check to CABA Executive Director (payable GMSA) at address listed on this page immediately as both of these Cubs games are sell-outs!

This process will take some dedicated time, a parent meeting for signatures, and someone proficient with a computer. Please know that the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of this process and WS Event will rest with the Team Manager.
